Spanish omelette chorizo
Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 10 slices of Chorizo Palacios
- 2 tablespoons of cooking cream or a splash of milk (optional)
- A drizzle of olive oil
- A pinch of salt
If you like omelettes, add a few slices of Chorizo Palacios and enjoy a delicious dish that is easy to prepare.
METHOD:
1. Beat the 4 eggs and add a pinch of salt, and pepper if you like.
2. Add the 2 tablespoons of cream and the chorizo cut into slices and beat well. The more you beat, the softer the texture of the tortilla.
3. In a frying pan, add a little oil, just enough to stop the tortilla from sticking, and leave it to heat up. Don't overdo it with the oil otherwise it will be heavy on the stomach. Add the eggs, chorizo and cream mixture. Lower the heat and let the eggs set.
4. When the top has set, turn it over, let the bottom cook and serve.
Tip: The cream or milk make the tortilla more moist, but they are not essential.
