Spanish chorizo tapas: Chorizo in wine
Ingredients
- Chorizo Palacios
- White wine
- Water (same amount as wine)
In just a few minutes you can make a tapas dish to charm your guests with an easy appetizer following simple steps.
Method:
1. Prick the chorizos so the skin does not burst. Put them in a saucepan, cover with the white wine and water.
2. Boil for 15 minutes.
3. Remove the chorizos and raise the heat to reduce the sauce that has formed.
4. Cut the chorizos into slices and cover with the sauce.
