Patatas bravas with chorizo

Ingredients

  • Ingredients:
  • 1 kg potatoes
  • Plenty of oil for frying
  • Salt
  • For the sauce:
  • 40 ml oil
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 100 g chorizo
  • 500 g tomato
  • Tabasco

Preparation:

  1. Wash, peel and dice the potatoes. Set aside, keeping warm.
     
  2. Prepare the sauce: chop the onion, crush the garlic and chop the chorizo.
     
  3. Fry the ingredients in hot oil for about 10 minutes over a medium heat.
     
  4. Add the tomato, Tabasco and salt. Cover and leave for another 10 minutes. Set aside.
     
  5. Fry the diced potato until golden brown. Drain well from oil and season.
     
  6. Serve the potatoes covered with the sauce and eat!
