Homemade mushroom and chorizo pizza
Ingredients
- 250g of mushrooms
- Tomato sauce
- Low-fat cheese
- 1 clove of garlic
- Chorizo Palacios
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Modena balsamic vinegar
- Salt
- Oregano
- For the base:
- - 400g of flour
- - 200 ml of water
- - 8g of yeast
- - 3 tablespoons of oil
- - 1 teaspoon of salt
For those days when you really feel like cooking and you want to make everything from scratch, here's a delicious pizza recipe with chorizo Palacios.
Step 1: Make the dough.
Dissolve the yeast in half the warm water. Put the flour on the countertop, make a hole and add the water with the yeast and gradually mix together. Add the oil, salt and gradually add the rest of the water. Keep mixing. Knead and form a ball. Cover with plastic wrap and leave to rest for 1 hour.
Step 2: Clean and sauté the mushrooms.
Remove the mushroom stems and slice. Finely chop the garlic and fry lightly in a pan with a little oil. Add the mushrooms, season and sauté briefly. Add a few drops of Modena balsamic vinegar.
Step 3: Roll out the dough.
Roll out the dough to form 1-2 large rectangles.
Step 4: Assemble the pizza and bake.
Mix the tomato sauce with the dried oregano. Spread on the bases. Add the cheese. Place the mushrooms and chorizo Palacios on top. Bake the pizzas.
Step 5: Serve.
