Chorizo tacos
Ingredients
- 500 g of Palacios chorizo
- 1 cup boiled frijoles
- 6 corn tortillas
- Red onion - finely chopped
- Fresh cilantro - finely chopped
- Green salsa or taco sauce
Chorizo tacos are a delicious dish for any meal of the day. Everyone will love them.
Preparation:
- In a frying pan, braise the chorizo until completely cooked. (The chorizo turns a darker color when it is ready.)
- While the chorizo is cooking, heat the frijoles in a small pan.
- Heat a frying pan over a medium-low heat for the tortillas.
- When the chorizo is ready, heat the corn tortillas.
- To make the tacos, place the tortillas in pairs on a plate. Serve about 3 tablespoons of chorizo on top of each tortilla.
- Garnish your tacos with boiled frijoles, chopped onion and cilantro, and your favorite salsa.
