Chorizo tacos

Ingredients

  • 500 g of Palacios chorizo
  • 1 cup boiled frijoles
  • 6 corn tortillas
  • Red onion - finely chopped
  • Fresh cilantro - finely chopped
  • Green salsa or taco sauce

Chorizo tacos are a delicious dish for any meal of the day. Everyone will love them.

Preparation:

  1. In a frying pan, braise the chorizo until completely cooked. (The chorizo turns a darker color when it is ready.)
  2. While the chorizo is cooking, heat the frijoles in a small pan.
  3. Heat a frying pan over a medium-low heat for the tortillas.
  4. When the chorizo is ready, heat the corn tortillas.
  5. To make the tacos, place the tortillas in pairs on a plate. Serve about 3 tablespoons of chorizo on top of each tortilla.
  6. Garnish your tacos with boiled frijoles, chopped onion and cilantro, and your favorite salsa.
  7. Enjoy!
