Chorizo and cheese quesadillas
Ingredients
- 4 corn or wheat tortillas
- 1 scallion
- 100 g of chorizo
- 100 g of grated mozzarella
- 100 g of grated cheddar
- Green chilies
- Chopped
The quesadilla is a very traditional dish in Mexico that can be prepared in very different ways. We propose a recipe that combines different cheeses with chorizo. Delicious.
Preparation:
- Remove the skin from the chorizo and chop into small pieces.
- In a bowl, mix the chorizo, grated cheeses, chopped scallion, and the green chilies.
- Place some of the mixture on a tortilla and wrap.
- In a frying pan, brown the tortilla for a couple of minutes on each side. Squeeze.
- Place on a plate and serve.
