Chorizo and avocado salad
Ingredients
- 6 oz of Palacios Chorizo
- 9 oz of tomato
- 1 sliced avocado
- 5 oz lettuce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
Mixed salad with avocado with a warm Chorizo and tomato topping for when you fancy eating Chorizo but you don't want a heavy meal. Salad is always a good choice and this is a perfect combination of ingredients.
Preparation
- Lightly fry the Chorizo in a pan until it releases a little fat and add the tomatoes
- Place the Chorizo on a plate on a paper towel to absorb any remaining fat.
- In a bowl, mix the avocado, lettuce, oil and vinegar.
- Serve on plates and season the salad with the Chorizo and tomatoes you prepared earlier.
