Broccoli and Palacios Chorizo muffins

Ingredients

  • 200g broccoli
  • 40g Palacios cured chorizo
  • 60g grated cheese
  • 40g flour
  • 1 egg
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of pepper
  • 1/4 onion chopped

You read right! We are going to show you how to prepare some delicious savory muffins made with a superfood, broccoli, and the intense and delicious flavor of our Palacios chorizo. It's super easy and super tasty!

Method

Chop the broccoli into small pieces and boil it or steam it for 5 minutes. Also cut the Palacios chorizo into small pieces.

Then mix the broccoli and chorizo pieces with the rest of the ingredients in a large bowl, until you get a smooth mixture.

Put the mixture in a muffin tray, after greasing thoroughly, and push the mixture down well into the holes.

Place in a preheated oven at 195ºC and leave for about 20 minutes or until they are golden brown.

Remove and leave to stand for 10 minutes in the tray and then take them out. We recommend eating them freshly made.
