Spanish chorizo tapas: Sliced chorizo as an appetiser

If you have guests and you don't have much time to cook, cut a few slices of Chorizo Palacios, accompany them with some olives and enjoy the company.
Chorizo goes down well any time of day. If you want to prepare a simple appetiser in less than five minutes, cut some thin slices of chorizo and place them on a plate with a few slices of bread, some pickles (olives, gherkins and onions) and some cheese wedges. An easy and delicious starter!
