Scrambled eggs with chorizo
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- A piece of Palacios Chorizo
- Oil
- Salt
Scrambled eggs with chorizo is a dish that provides lots of energy and it only takes a few minutes to prepare.
Preparation:
- Beat the eggs in a bowl with a little salt.
- Chop the chorizo into small cubes.
- Put a frying pan on the stove and add a drizzle of oil. When it gets hot, add the chorizo and fry for a few seconds.
- Add the eggs, and stir with a wooden spoon.
- Turn off the stove and, using the heat from the frying pan, stir until the eggs are completely cooked.
