Scrambled eggs with chorizo

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • A piece of Palacios Chorizo
  • Oil
  • Salt

Scrambled eggs with chorizo is a dish that provides lots of energy and it only takes a few minutes to prepare.

Preparation:

  1. Beat the eggs in a bowl with a little salt.
  2. Chop the chorizo into small cubes.
  3. Put a frying pan on the stove and add a drizzle of oil. When it gets hot, add the chorizo and fry for a few seconds.
  4. Add the eggs, and stir with a wooden spoon.
  5. Turn off the stove and, using the heat from the frying pan, stir until the eggs are completely cooked.
