Age. This type of cheese needs to be matured for at least 2 years to be called Parmesan. In some special cases, it can even be stored for 36 months.
Happiness. Parmesan cheese is high in tryptophan. Several studies claim that this amino acid puts us in a good mood because it is responsible for activating serotonin, a substance that secretes melatonin, one of the well-being and happiness hormones
