This time we propose a simple recipe to enjoy on an outdoor barbecue: Flame-grilled chorizo.
Preparation
In a clay pot, add the burning alcohol for cooking. Light it and place the Chorizo Quixote BBQ slices on the flame, inserted on a metal skewer. Leave them to go round until they are done to your liking.
